V-Medical located in Xiantao, Hubei, covering about 40,000 sqm of land and over 30,000 sqm building area, which the highlight point is all workshops graded as 100,000 class cleaning room, total area over 10,000 sqm. The sterilization center's daily capacity is over 110 cubic meters. The laboratory and testing center can work through most of testing subjects, such as EO residual, positive control, microbial and sterility testing,etc.
V-Medical focuses on the medical kits and packs, such as different kinds of medical dressing kits, surgical kits and first-aid kits, all sorts of gauze (spunlace non-woven) roll/swab/ball/lap sponge, surgical gowns, isolation gowns, face masks,bandages and surgical towel and so on. All the products has been exported into the whole world market, highlighted in the European and Middle east markets.

For the domestic market, our V-Medical obtained the Medical device production license, while registered in CFDA for the disposal first aid kits, the disposal surgical kits, medical and surgical face mask.

1.How does your factory do regarding quality control?
"Four Steps" QC:
(1) Workers self inspecting,
(2)workshop inspector inspecting,
(3)packing inspecting
(4) finished goods random inspection in warehouse before delivering.
For new orders, mass production samples will be sent for your confirmation on quality for double insurance. Mass production pictures/video available for your reference.
