On April 25, 2021, it was windy and it had just cleared after a few days of rain. Our company's partners got on the shuttle bus and arrived at the base of the team building activity after a half-hour drive. Already, some self-driving colleagues arrived early and started warm-up exercises and played fierce basketball games.

At nine o'clock, we started the warm-up activity for the team building. The first thing we played was the "Peach Blossom Blooming" mini game. Everyone joined the team according to the number of the instructor. If there was no team, we lost. We trot with the music in a circle, and the happy peaks rushed to form a small group. The running partners in the game gradually became more interested in the music, and became more relaxed and happy in the activities. After a few rounds, the losing partners stayed for us to perform a set of words as punishment, and several partners also brought us a funny one-sentence connection!

After the mini game, the instructor taught everyone to learn a simple and relaxing "Tractor Dance". With the rhythm of the music, we all danced together, our bodies shook, and everyone was jumping happily! When we waited for everyone to forget their job and identity, and come to participate in the team building activities, the instructor randomly divided us into two groups.

The completion of the grouping is an activity for each group member to formulate the team name and slogan, and to select the captain and deputy captain. The entire team members actively started planning for the team name, slogan, and team song. After a few minutes, the team name, slogan, and flag logo of the two teams were all completed. This is how the team show competition began, namely the "Meimei Happy Team" and the "Hawk Team". Through the display of team members, the first "Eagle Team" won a heavy victory due to the magnificent team name, neat team call, and formation of the formation.

There are five small projects in the "Challenge 150 Seconds", and each small project is participated by a designated number of people in the team, and which team takes the shortest time to complete the project wins. (Don’t fall into the forest, the river dance, the golden rooster is independent, 8 people in the circle, all "we are the best team") In each link, everyone nervously and orderly selects the best participants, and the team leader keeps giving suggestions to let the team It can take less time than once. From the beginning of this project more than 200 seconds, after everyone's overall practice, summary, and optimization, both teams finally achieved their goals. In this event, the "Meimei Happy Team" performed well and won in less than 150 seconds.

Time flies so fast. It will be lunch in a while. After lunch, some of you are resting, some are rowing on the base, some are walking, and some are playing bumper balls.
In the afternoon, we carried out a total of three activities: process management, traversing the grid, and real CS. There are activities where all the staff work together to achieve their goals, there are also tense traversing the grid, and there are fun CS.
